Watermelon Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients for Watermelon Citrus Smoothie

1 ½ cups cut up watermelon

Juice of one lime

1 cup cut up cantaloupe

½ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

¼ cup orange, or mango juice

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Ice

 

Preparation of Watermelon Citrus Smoothie

Blend watermelon and lime juice and pour in to tall glass

Next, blend all other ingredients and pour on top, for a two tone effect.

Garnish with watermelon or cantaloupe wedges, and a sprig of mint.
