I enjoyed reading and learned how to “Be Healthy, Be Happy” by Kristina Ladau. This is a great instructional book containing easy to make delicious recipes. Ms. Ladau translates this complicated medical information making this book an easy read. We learn what foods are important to eat and why. In each chapter she focuses on one health topic. Thus book was,written in a very simple yet knowledgeable manner. I always thought i was informed with facts until i read this book ….it allowed me to rid my mind of myths about my health and to change the way i view my current eating habits !!!! Downloading ‘Be Healthy, Be Happy’ was painless. Along the way, I was directed to also download the ‘kindle for pc app’ that allows me to read your book on my computer. Totally impressed with the content, organization, readability, and informative nature of this presentation. I have reached that point in time where what I eat and what i do have such an impact on how i feel. To have a guide that highlights many of the important issues we face as as we grow older and strive to maintain health and happiness is important to me. I also appreciate the different food preparation menus interspersed throughout and think that could be expanded upon sometime in the future. The fact that it is structured in the Kindle format makes the book very easy to read. A linked table of content and easy to use bookmarks make navigation simple. The program always knows where you last left off so thats where you get to start when you return. Good Work. Very Cool.
