Ginger teaGinger tea has a spicy, invigorating taste. It’s used as a home remedy for indigestion, nausea, and to ward off colds, flu, and sore throats.

Ginger Tea Ingredients

4 cups water

2 inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and cut in to slices

Honey and lemon slices (optional)

Ginger Tea Method

Bring water to boil, add ginger, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Strain, and add honey and lemon to taste.
