Ginger Tea Ingredients
4 cups water
2 inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and cut in to slices
Honey and lemon slices (optional)
Ginger Tea Method
Bring water to boil, add ginger, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Strain, and add honey and lemon to taste.
