This recipe is loaded with nutrients, protein, fiber, and antioxidants and is a perfect pick-me-up or pre-exercise snack.
½ C dates, pitted
1/3 C almond butter
¼ C cocoa or cacao powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia or flax seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
Blend everything together and roll into balls. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
